How does the treatment work?

Polynucleotides are gently injected into the skin using a fine needle or a cannula. At nüseoul, we prefer the needle method for all REJURAN® treatments. The treatment usually takes between 1-1.5 hours, depending on the size of the area that you want treated (e.g. under eyes, half face, whole face or whole face and neck) including numbing time.

The polynucleotides then get to work beneath the surface — supporting your skin’s natural healing processes, boosting collagen, and improving hydration from within.

How many sessions will I need?

For best results:

An initial course of 3 sessions, spaced 4 weeks apart
Maintenance session every 6 months to keep your skin supported

Results build gradually and naturally, in line with Korean aesthetics philosophy — respecting your features and enhancing your skin health over time.

Is there any downtime?

Downtime is minimal, but you may notice:

Mild redness or small bumps at the injection sites for 48-72 hours
Light swelling and/or bruising in the general area for 4-5 days
