An important update: nüseoul is closing

This is not a message we ever expected to write.

After much reflection, we have made the difficult decision to close nüseoul. Our final clinic day will be Sunday, 29th March 2026, 

What began as an idea in April 2024 grew into something far more meaningful than we could have imagined. Building nüseoul has been one of the most rewarding experiences of our lives. We created not just a clinic, but a space and a community, and for that, we are deeply grateful.

The reality of building and sustaining a business is complex, especially in the current economic climate. This decision was not sudden, and it was not easy. It comes after many months of internal discussion and consideration about the future, both of the business and of ourselves.

As founders, we have individually taken time to reflect on our long-term professional directions and what is sustainable for us going forward. After careful consideration, we have agreed that concluding this chapter is the right decision.

What makes this especially difficult is all of you. Your trust, support, and belief in nüseoul allowed us to build something that truly mattered. We are incredibly proud of the team we built, including Dr. Byron and Dr. Haram, and honoured to have cared for so many of you.

What happens next

• Our final clinic day will be Sunday, 29th March 2026.

• Any clients with outstanding appointments or unused portions of treatment courses beyond our closing date will be automatically reimbursed on a pro-rata basis, based on the number of unused sessions remaining.

• Natasha will contact you individually via email to confirm the details.

While nüseoul is closing, what we set out to do still matters deeply to us. This journey has shown us that there is a real need for thoughtful, culturally attuned aesthetic care for East Asians here in London, and we remain proud of what we were able to build together.

FAQs

When is nüseoul’s final clinic day?

Our final clinic day will be Sunday, 29th March 2026.

All appointments scheduled on or before 29th March will proceed as planned.

What happens to my upcoming appointment?

If your appointment is scheduled on or before 29th March 2026, it will go ahead as normal.

If your appointment is scheduled after 29th March 2026, it will be cancelled and you will be automatically refunded in full (pro-rata if this is part of a course). Natasha will contact you individually via email to confirm the details.

What happens if I have unused sessions remaining in a treatment course?

If you have unused sessions remaining after our closing date, you will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, based on the number of unused sessions.

You do not need to contact us to request this. Natasha will reach out to you individually via email to get your details and process your refund.

When will refunds be processed?

We will begin processing refunds on 30th March 2026, after our last clinic day and aim to complete all refunds within 7 days.

Refunds will be issued via your original payment method where possible. If this is not possible, Natasha will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Can I complete my remaining sessions before you close?

If you have remaining sessions and would like to use them before our final clinic day, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate requests, subject to availability.

Can I access my treatment records?

Yes. Your medical records will be securely retained in accordance with UK medical record-keeping requirements.

Can I still purchase treatments?

We are accepting individual treatment purchases but no longer will be accepting new course purchases. Limited individual appointments may remain available until our final clinic day.

I purchased or received a gift card, what happens to it?

Gift cards are non-refundable. If you have purchased a gift card, please contact the recipient and ensure it is used before our final clinic day on Sunday, 29th March 2026.

All gift cards must be redeemed before this date, as they will no longer be valid after closure.
