2025 Wrapped - Our Highlights!

As we close out 2025, we’ve been reflecting on what an incredible year it has been for nüseoul — our Korean aesthetics clinic in London that began with a simple idea: to create a trustworthy, medically-led, skin-first space specialising in East Asian facial anatomy and skin.

This year, that dream grew! Here is our highlight reel;

Our doctor team grew from one… to two… to three

What started as a team of one doctor, our Co-Founder and Lead Aesthetics Doctor, Dr. Jenny Kim, grew to two with Dr. Byron Lu Morrell, and then three with Dr. Haram Kim.

This growth was essential. Our clinic dates were consistently fully booked, and in order to care for our growing community properly (without compromise), we needed to expand thoughtfully. We went from just 2–3 clinic days a month at the start of 2025 to quadrupling our availability by end of the year, giving clients more flexibility to see us. That’s been a huge win.

We welcomed 388 clients through our doors

Every client represents a real relationship, a shared journey we commit to together. Sometimes that means preparing someone for their wedding. Sometimes it’s supporting a client through acne they’ve struggled with for more than a decade. Sometimes it’s simply helping someone feel like the best version of themselves, at any age, in a safe and appropriate way.

We don’t take that trust for granted.

And we delivered 539 treatments

From subtle, restorative tweaks to skin-first rejuvenation, every treatment, and every recommendation not to treat, is guided by one principle:

We always prioritise your long-term skin health and wellbeing.

Favourite treatments in 2025

The top three treatments you loved most this year were:

We love that these reflect a move toward skin-first aesthetics, natural results and solutions that address common concerns seen in East Asian skin and facial anatomy, rather than trends.

We also began offering prescription skincare

This has been a meaningful milestone, allowing us to support our client skin more comprehensively with prescription-strength topical treatments. We recognised that at-home skincare is the foundation of everything that we do, and outcomes in-clinic are improved with the right support.

Prescription skincare lets us go beyond over-the-counter skincare, which doesn't contain the percentage levels needed to make a difference when faced with tougher skin issues like acne and hyperpigmentation.

And we launched our newsletter!

Our newsletter was one of our favourite additions this year! It's written by Natasha (most weeks) and covers topics that we have in clinic with our clients, our opinions on what is hitting the Korean skincare and aesthetics market and what we are up to!

Six brides trusted us with their wedding glow

One of the greatest privileges was helping six brides feel their absolute best on one of the biggest days of their lives.

We kept learning, and attended CCR again

Continuing education is non-negotiable for us. Attending CCR (the UK's largest aesthetic conference) allows us to deepen our clinical knowledge, stay aligned with best practice, and ensure we’re always providing the safest, most considered care.

Our clients are truly global

Our clientele are a great reflection of how global and multicultural London is. It is shows us that London continues to remain a destination for multiple industries and top talent, all living and working here. 28 countries and counting!

Plus a wide range of industries from creatives to consultants, finance to fashion, medicine to tech and beyond.

Looking back at why we started nüseoul

nüseoul began because we couldn’t find the clinic we wanted to exist in London - one that:

  • specialises in East Asian skin and facial anatomy

  • is medically-led and clinically trained

  • prioritises natural, skin-first results

  • acts with integrity

  • is not driven by trends or pressure

As we grow, this foundation never changes. We remain proudly East-Asian-woman-founded, and purpose-led.
